Shaienne Devonish
Executive Assistant

Shaienne Devonish is the executive assistant here at LPA. She loves to meet new people, design and play! Her favorite playful items are board games! Shaienne started out as an Intern in Early 2026; Now Shaienne is assisting the LPA team by managing the website, creating social media posts, and helping LPA in anyway. Her main goal at LPA is helping vulnerable communities play!

Aulia Parjiono
Play Day Planner

Aulia first joined LPA as a Social Media Intern, contributing to the organization’s mission by creating thoughtful content, supporting event promotion, and strengthening community engagement online. Building on this experience, Aulia later became a Play Planner, helping organize and plan Play Day events that bring people of all ages together through the power of play. Through both roles, she has developed experience in social media strategy, event planning, research, communication, and community engagement.

Lexi Guttman
Intern

Lexi Guttman is an intern at LPA. She loves arts and crafts, connecting with new people, and laughing! Lexi joined the LPA team in the summer of 2026 and helps create social media content, support community events, and develop creative projects, including an LPA coloring book! Her favorite part of LPA is helping create playful experiences that spark creativity, connection, and joy for children and families.

Judy Schloss
Lead Photography

Judy Schloss is Let’s Play America’s lead Photographer. She is a multi-published photographer based in the DC area.  Judy specializes in event, nature, and wildlife photography and loves being part of the LPA team.  Her passion is capturing impactful images that portray special moments.
